Silvery Friday

Emma had basketball training in the morning, then we had day walk to Siilinkari. It was very nice, although quite windy and bit slippery. Snack in the Cafe Metsonkulma and we followed the start of men's cross-country relay 4 x 10 km from Emma's mobile. The rest of the race we watched at home and were so happy for the silver medal! It was the first medal for Finland in Nordic World Ski Championships in Slovenia - disappointed Finnish sports fans have finally reason to celebrate.

Later in the evening hubby, Emma and Leevi went to movies to see Finnish film Sisu (too violent for me).
