... experiment day.

This is a cherry and white chocolate loaf cake. It has worked really well, the cherries (frozen, defrosted) are tart enough to set off the white chocolate and I added some almond extract to boost the cherry flavour a bit.

It has a damp texture so would work well as a 'pudding' cake with a bit of clotted cream.

And an Amaretti alongside. (sigh... always the booze with you Bee...)
