Broadband

Having upgraded to full fibre broadband less than two weeks ago, we were annoyed to discover that we had no access to the internet half way through  Sunday evening.  Not only does it knock out computers it also immobilises the landline, which makes it difficult to contact BT.

JJ found a way to contact them on Monday morning but they couldn’t come out until today, and that was lunchtime.  

Back up and running now, but it really throws a spanner in the works when you can’t access anything important.
