A splash of colour
It was much calmer this morning and after breakfast JJ and I walked as far as we could along the promenade, had refreshments at the other end and strolled back.
This afternoon the wind had picked up considerably but is warm and we’ve spent a couple of hours down by the pool.
We’ll meet up with our friends as usual and after dinner they encourage us to enjoy the entertainment.
Nothing else to report apart from a chap on the promenade who’d fashioned a hat out of a San Miguel box (or similar) and found an elastic band to hold it in place. I’d love to have taken his picture but didn’t for obvious reasons.
I saw this lady last year and was pleased to see her again. Unfortunately she’d gone by the time we got back to her pitch, or I’d have bought something.
Enjoying reading Slow Horses.
