80 years young

Tomorrow is Jon's dad's 80th birthday, so the family came together in Melbourn to celebrate, with Sunday lunch at the local pub. A very nice Sunday lunch. Sadly a few people were missing, so we couldn't do a whole family photo, but I thought getting it would be nice to have Jon with his mum, dad and sisters. One that hasn't been done for a while.

After dinner we went to pick up the caravan, and parked up outside their house in Melbourn, where we joined everyone else for a cup of tea and cake.

Now we are heading home. Its been a nice weeks holiday but I feel really tired, and I'm looking forward to my proper bed tonight. Last night in the caravan it seemed to have dropped a few more degrees, and we needed those 3 layers. Roll on warmer weather, when we can assess how damp the caravan really is, and try to fix a few bits, before our next get away...where ever and when ever that may be!
