Stokesay Castle

Mrs L, the spaniel and I are having our first holiday in more than twelve years. We drove up to the Shropshire Hills this afternoon and are staying in a one room wooden cabin for four nights. We arrived just in time to give the spaniel a late afternoon walk which took us past Stokesay castle, a medieval fortified manor house. On Monday we will be viewing a potential property for the final stage in our relocation.
