La tentation

The temptation.

Brussels is a carb and tasty food frenzy. Today we broke for lunch at this café, the kind of place where I assume I will career into something and break it, or at the very least aggravate the chic hipster staff by asking an inane question about the menu. I avoided embarrassment but of course it wasn’t the kind of place to fill one up as much as if one had headed for a massive portion of chips and mayo at the kiosk outside. Throughout the day, temptation came at most turns in the form of waffles, buns, beer, chips and more, some of which I succumbed to.
