Notes: Did qigong and yoga first thing - has been awhile. Decided in the morning to book a haircut with another new person. Went a little early and dropped a pkg at UPS Store just a couple doors down. Haircut was longest one I think I've ever had - she did a razor cut on every pieces and only a small part at a time. Went to the pool after - quite hot and then was able to do the full shower there to get all the little hairs off. Quiet rest of the day, did a couple meditations and went right back into sleep for them. Woke feeling very out of it and out of sorts again ... Jo came on around 6p and wanted to chat on Zoom. Talked some "life" and got very emotional again and then talked biz for awhile.
