Raise a Glass......

.......or two....or three! Hic!

I've had a wonderful day at family wedding....and no rain.

I did start the day with a extremely cold swim. The lake was as cold as the first swim back in April. Back home sharp to get the dogs out for a walk as they were going to be stuck indoors for most of the day....I'll make it up to them tomorrow.

We then got ourselves ready and set off for the church. It was a nice church...big, not very old but not modern either. It was nice to catch up with family. It was quite a long service but enjoyable. Not too many photos were taken at the church and when we arrived at the reception venue you could see why. It was so beautiful. The grounds were stunning. We had a champagne reception while a little trio payed music. More photos were taken then we went back inside for the meal. After the meal came the speeches which were wonderful and made me cry. Then it was dance, dance, dance all night.

Sore feet now.....but worth it! :)
