Deep purple

A damp day - so disappointing after yesterday - and not much to show for it, other than catching up on posting blips for the past 5 days. Today's late afternoon half-emergency is of our prize, drenched tulips, appropriately keeping tightly closed. We have the fire on again this evening. The forecast for tomorrow is mainly dry, though overcast - not much to get excited about.
