Another Hellebore

What a strange mixture of random doings and happenings filled my day. It started with feeding the three lovely black cats who live next door then while walking back up the drive I noticed that the Buddleia was sprouting and could do with a good haircut before it had a chance to go completely wild. Even although a misty rain began to fall, I persevered and completed the job while Bertie kept me company. Back inside, I decided to spring clean the utility room. I fully expected to find the Sleeping Beauty on top of the wall cupboards, there were sooooo many cobwebs that had not been visible from floor level! Then it was time to go for a walk with Bertie. When we got back I found that a friend had called unexpectedly to see N who is doing a wee  job for her. I managed to persuade her to stay for a chat and a hot chocolate which was a bit of a treat for us both and the time flew by……….
