Ludlow

I attended a service at Ludlow Methodist Church today, on behalf of Mary’s Meals and it was wonderful. I felt like family. And they had some cracking songs including this great, which I will never not love!

The people were kind and generous and full of interesting conversation.

Then yesterday’s run caught up with me and I spent the rest of the day in a heap!
