Moonstruck

A back-blip of multi-diciplinary artist Luke Jerram’s Museum of the Moon art installation, suspended within the Priory Church of Bolton Abbey as part of the ‘Dark Skies’ fringe festival.

The 7m diameter moon featured 120dpi detailed NASA imagery of the lunar surface at a scale of 1:500,000. It was a fusion of lunar imagery, moonlight and a surround-sound composition created by BAFTA and Ivor Novello award winning composer Dan Jones.
