What’s the Story John Dory?

Not an oil slicked casualty found washed up on a beach, but a John Dory bought from our local Macclesfield fishmonger and painted with squid ink - like you do. Been trying to teach myself Japanese Gyotaku fish printing - and whilst still nowhere near good enough yet, every artistic failure can be rinsed afterwards and cooked.
