I’d be happy to share the black beans and brown rice topped with avocado, tomato and onion planned for dinner tonight, but I don’t think Little Red would be impressed. Lucky for him we purchased 80 lbs. of black oil sunflower seeds today :) • PS - what his poem didn’t tell you: the seeds were mixed with nuts • It’s looking like a return to winter this week with colder temperatures and a few chances for snow. We’re not surprised but we’ve been spoiled by the recent spring-like weather, and look forward to more • A mostly quiet day around the homestead, laundry, filling feeders, playing ukelele with Bert and finishing a crossword puzzle with MrsP.
