The first mimosa

No doubt I will blip more mimosa during the coming weeks but this morning was the first time I have seen it appearing this year, a sure sign of approaching spring. The weather is really warming withnthe temperature in the high teens today after a cold start. After the market shopping, I walked down to the supermarket and returned by way of the river to make it a more pleasant walk. I have prepared a canvas for Monday and looked at my ringing methods book as the tower captain has asked me to ring in a quarter peal with some of our visitors tomorrow.
