I met for coffee with my friend from my castle school. Always a good time together. The school very sadly closes at the end of the term. The repairs needed to two of the castle turrets and lots of the internal structure goes into the millions. Not small money. So it goes into new ownership. The end of a wonderful era. I’m so thrilled my friend has been offered a post elsewhere. She’ll be a huge asset to her new school.

After our coffee we walked to the ponds. They were pretty deserted today. The bird life kept us amused.
