Stir Fry.

Spot the EB!   Realised I hadn't taken any shots today so quickly passed tonight's dinner under the lens.  Looks a bit of a mess but trust me it was delicious - with stir fry anything goes.  We have some great World Food shops here in Westcliff - new ones opening all the time.  When I first came here there was a variety of kosher delis to serve the traditional Jewish community but there are now more multi-cultural shops with every shelf crammed full from floor to ceiling.
