Lighting issues

The old spotlights in our en suite bathroom have finally given up so we are having to replace them.
A quick browse on Amazon revealed inexpensive LED replacements which we quickly purchased, and today we got a (trailing edge) dimmer switch which will also need replacing. Tomorrow Mr U&L and I will attempt to replace both lights and dimmer ( it looks easy enough).
Until then I think the motley collection of little battery lamps feels quite romantic.
