For ‘Obsessed’ of Harwich I have to report today’s dances in the Kirkwall Town Hall included: Miramar Tango, Balmoral Blues, Mambo Magic and Manhattan Blues.  Late p.m. I visited Davie, CMC had made him some buns.  We listened to Wayne Shorter’s Adam’s Apple.  Released in 1967 and an RVG recording surely.  Supporters of the Binos should note it was another windy day.  A bit of a repeat.


From our window we peeped at incessant sheets of rain. Driven grey water and fulmars scything the slipstream.  The tides ebbed through our hours of sleep.
