A trip to the nurse this morning to get bloods taken; my new meds can affect the liver so need to get monitored regularly. 
A trip to the recycling centre to get rid of my old hob. 

A few hours in the library. 
Trying not to think or focus on how low I feel, each day I am feeling  a decline. 
Couldn't be bothered thinking about outside blipping so after I sprayed my plant I noticed the water droplets.
