Short Run Done

I just completed my short run of the week, which is 8km. The training plan for the May event is currently:

Tuesday - 10km
Wednesday - 8km
Thursday - 10km
Saturday - Long Run (up to 32km this week)
Sunday - Yoga + 10km
Monday + Friday - active recovery days

I’m enjoying the journey!
