Mondays are always difficult for me. If I could somehow find a way to catch and bottle that ‘Friday Feeling’ and then sell it on a Monday …..

Anyway - back to reality - tonight’s dinner was a nice, light tuna salad on the way home. Hit the spot perfectly for a Monday!
