Rough and very uneven

In recent weeks the council workers had a great hacking time cutting a very overgrown hedging and certain trees had short back and sides. Visually a great improvement but the ground has been left with lots of debris that wasn’t shredded and walking is a bit unpleasant. Some locals have been helping by carrying arms full of small branches possibly for wood burners, there’s still plenty left.
