Raised bed construction is complete.   They've been laid out and now all that remains is to fill them.   That's likely to cost in the region of one million pounds. 

Out for dinner at some friends' house tonight.   Eduardo (Edu) and Olivier (Oli).  We were guests along with another friend, Raj.  A complex mix of dietary requirements... 2 vegans, one vegetarian, one coeliac, one gluten intolerant and plain ol' eat anything me.   We had home made houmous, faux gras and tapenade to start, hache parmentier (shepherd's pie by any other name, made with fake mince) and GF tarte tatin. All delicious.   I'm going to make it all sometime too.
