Winter at the coffeehouse

I see this mural every time I go out for coffee to my usual place. (Honestly - and I think a lot of people are like this - I have more than one regular coffee spot, but I use each differently. This is the one I go to with my kid to sit down and have a bagel or wrap, or if I’m meeting a friend for an extended conversation.) Now that it’s winter, the fig tree has gone dormant and is not obstructing the view as much. It’s not as frigid outside as it was earlier in the week, but I’m still sitting on my scarf because the metal patio chairs are so cold.
