Connections

I know, not my usual sort of picture! I took myself completely out of my comfort zone today, caught the train and went on a Street Photography Workshop in Liverpool. It was a very full and interesting day. By the end I was on information overload and totally exhausted! Our tutor was fabulous and guided us through the day, setting lots of 15 minute exercises covering different aspects of street photography. He explained things very well and we walked quite a way into different areas of Liverpool, suitable for the different aspects. He admitted it had been quite a flat day, without many special moments presenting themselves, but that's what street photography is like. He warned us at the start that we may not come away from the day with many "keepers" and he was right, I only really have three photos. I also knew how difficult I would find it taking people.  

This one was about connections, the tattoos on the people outside the tattoo artist's shop.
