Fishing

We have an unexpected overnight guest tonight. Sue had a pretty awful last night with water pouring down from the apartment above her. Not only is her apartment soggy but it got to her main electric box so no power either.

It turned out not to be her neighbours fault but her own geyser that had blown. Unfortunately her plumber and electrician can only get to her on Monday so we were happy to give her a dry place to sleep.

We had planned a fish and prawn supper but not having enough for three we stopped at our favourite fishmonger. Fortunately for us we arrived minutes after the store had been robbed. The staff and customers were traumatized as you can imagine so we made a hasty retreat and another plan for supper.

The Scotland England game gave some welcome distraction from the violent world we live in. Duhan van der Merwe was definitely man of the match!
