Startling Starling

A quiet, domestic Friday: baked the weekly bread, booked my annual MOT at the doctor’s and audiologist and various other jobs on the To Do list then, this afternoon, it was the weekly shop.

There was a feeding frenzy for a while on the bird feeder this afternoon. This starling knew he’d been spotted. It’s amazing what exotic birds they are when you look at them closely.
