Moo and Mummy snuggles

There is nothing else I'd prefer to come home to.

As I sat tidying up a few ends on the computer this evening, Katie came up to me and gave me a cushion. "Here Mummy, to rest your head on", as she tucked the cushion into me. When I told ehr tonight that it was bedtime, she didnt argue at all. She closed her curtains and asked me to put her jammies on her. A story, a snuggle, and she fell asleep curled up to me with her head on my shoulder. I stayed there for half an hour.
