Snow Day

A bit of a surprise but it probably won't last long although it's pretty cold.  

I had another of my flamboyant falls today and this time ended up in the hospital, mostly just to see if I had done any damage.  Once again, my watch called the paramedics while I spent an hour or so on the floor under some boxes which had fallen on me for an added bit of drama.  I was deemed okay by the hospital but since I had hit my head they did a CT scan and took an x-ray of my hips looking for any kind of fracture.  Fortunately I have good bones so I passed that test.  My grandson's wife Kenzie came to the hospital and then took me to their house for the night since I'd hit my head and the doctor thought I shouldn't spend the night alone in case I had a mild concussion.   

Kenzie, by the way is due to give birth to my great-granddaughter any day now so there's excitement in the air for sure and I need to quit falling because the baby will be the center of attention now not me and my bruises!
