Drill Bit Series II, 2001

This canvas sits on a shelf at home and is by R Elliott. It's on long term loan from my brother-in-law and is my favourite of the set of three (more to follow!). The paint is so thick and textural, I bet the artist had lots of fun making it. And think how long it took to dry!

In Other News: today I finally heard when this situation at work will be resolved. The interviews will be next Tuesday. At last, certainty is on the horizon...
