Magnolia Morning

This is truly a beautiful day. Just the one I was waiting for to take a picture of my neighbors magnolia tree that is on our fence line. I have a wonderful year round view of it from my kitchen window. I had taken a picture of the tree on the first day of spring when the buds were just coming on with the thought I would take one on the first day of summer. However, suddenly, like almost over night, the buds had popped into full bloom and if I were to wait for summer's first day the blooms would be spent. yes, this was my "Magnolia Morning".
