can't miss it

this wasn't here last week, I'm sure of it. 
It turns out it's what's called a Domesilo. Part of a 'green' cement production facility - (if one could ever term cement production as ever being green...), it controls airborne emissions. I believe the builders used some kind of inflation technique in parts of its construction. 
It's so imposing at 20 stories high- I'm not quite sure what to make of it.
It could be uglier, but it is in a pretty ugly industrial precinct.
Maybe slightly sci-fi unnerving.
