The final decision is a little closer.
The local photo club has a year-long assignment called "seasons." The goal is to revisit a place in all four seasons and document the changes. One of my early fish-eye images was a freshly snow covered Harriet Irving Botanical Gardens. While out trying to find native flora I decided yesterday was as good a day as any for a "spring" pic from the same vantage point. The pool will fill with water lilies later in the summer, and expect some spectacular autumn colours. I also have a local apple orchard to visit when the blossoms open.
