had a very lazy morning after a better night sleep…..then i went to town to see if the kitchen shop had a silicon muffin pan…(so i can make muffins in the airfryer)…..which they didn’t, so i bought one at Amazon, i walked past this new mural statue …..which i thought makes a nice blip…..then i bought a pork pie on the market, which i had for lunch with w glass of wine….
now i am watching Anne Frank’s diary.

after a few days taking my blood pressure, as asked by the nurse, i am beginning to see why i am so breathless ….
