what a varied day….a text to ring the surgery ended in a phone consultation…..i have high blood pressure and get yet another tablet….
well then off for my booster (4th) jab…..doing some shopping at Boots, and the M&S foodhall…where they had the daffs i have been wanting for weeks….

filling in tomorrow’s Sainsbury delivery, hand washing some items and now off to eat my yummie Jamie’s lentils with pancetta and red wine…..with a small glass as well…
