So tiny.....

....was like a ball of fluff until I noticed the size of the feet! An Australian Coot waiting for the parent to bring some sweet morsels. A couple in extras: feeding, another escaping the wrong parent and a waterlily all happening in the same lake.

Nice day with mum today, a wander at the lake followed by groceries. Shortage with eggs and potato chips had the shelves empty. I couldn't get the small tins of salmon or a pasta curry mix we like, it's a bit hit and miss with items these days, very rare to come out with a full shop complete.

Nice bright sunny day, an easterly wind kept the temperature down a notch or two, hot days coming up so they say.
