Breaking up

We took violet into the fields for a little adventure having found that the gate has been changed. Unfortunately the newly laid path is rather too rough and is an unpleasant ride. We did have a slight reward for our efforts as when doing a three point turn we thought we saw in distance a kingfisher perched by side of stream. Took a picture and sure enough you can just make out that it was in fact this lovely bird which frequents this area but we only rarely see it flying by. I have put it in as extra but don’t get excited!
