Kirkstall Abbey

Back to my home/sending church this morning for a lovely service. After Sunday lunch we went to Kirkstall Abbey. We were just going for a walk around the abbey but discovered the museum was open. We went so many times when I was a child and all children from the family have been at some point. I was a bit taken aback at one of the rooms though, which now displays toys and games from the 70s. I was playing with those new when visiting the museum as a child all those years ago. It made me feel old! :-))

We did then have a walk around the abbey. One from the museum in the extras.
