Greenwich clock tower

I took some items up to my daughter in Greenwich today. We popped out for a bite to eat and then walked back via Greenwich High Road. I took this photo of the clock tower which tops off the old Greenwich Town Hall that has not been used for municipal office purposes for many years. The building was designed in art deco style and seems to me to be a wasted resource if it is not available for use by the community. I believe there was a public viewing gallery at the top of the tower - it is visible from the photo but I don't know if it is ever open.
