Heading to Auction

Following the MOT on our car new tyres were required. Whilst Richard went to have a new set fitted I went to the gym. The knee is still giving problems so wanted some none impact exercises to keep the muscles as strong as possible to support the knee. Fortunately it will cope with some cycling but not walking or running. Awaiting a Doctors appointment to assess what is going on.

This car had just arrived at the Classic car auctions which are held near to the gym. No extra charge for the frosted windows.
