My Daffodils let me down

They are still in very tight bud, so I popped into the garden in the hope……. It’s pretty much finished, but one of the last Scabious before it goes to seed .
The weekend is here, have a good one blipmates.
6 weeks ago today I was soon to come out of Theatre having had my 2nd knee replaced. I’m so glad those 6 weeks are passed. So now just over 26 weeks since my first one was done, it’s still very painful at times but well on the mend - 1/2 way to the year recovery time.
