From Ospreys to Coal Tits
Yesterday the big Osprey, then today the little Coal Tit. He was so busy feeding himself he didn't even bother when I opened the door to take his picture at the Hanging Tree Restaurant. It is amazing the difference in size between the two birds (yesterday's blip) but they are all feathered friends and whereas the Osprey fishes for its own food, the little ones rely on us to feed them through the winter. But the restaurant trade isn't getting any less now there must be a lot of grubs and insects about.
