chrysalis?

Could this be a chrysalis? Maybe an old one that didn't thrive?

Today's class was on giving presentations. I gave a two minute presentation on touch deprivation and told everybody to go hug strangers on the street. Kidding, to hug family and friends.

Next Monday's class will be on listening.

Armenia and Azerbaijan are having some conflict with a road being blocked and a possible humanitarian crisis and mutual accusations. Russia has a peacekeeping force near but they haven't been engaging. Russia doesn't have the troops to stop this. People have been saying that the Ukrainian war is reducing Russia's strength in the region and ties were dissolving. Russia took some republics from Georgia, Georgia might want them back. Transnistria is a break-away republic of Moldova being supported by Russia that Moldova may decide should no longer be separate. Russia's influence is waning.

11 NATO countries, including Britain and Poland, pledged new military aid to Ukraine today ahead of a meeting on arms scheduled to take place in Germany tomorrow. They promised missiles, stinger air defence systems, anti-aircraft guns, machine guns, training, and other equipment and services.

Serbia has asked Russia to stop recruiting for people to join Wagner in Ukraine. Serbian law bans participation of its citizens in conflicts abroad and several people have been sentenced for doing so.

Meanwhile, clashes between the Wagner group founder and the Russian Defense Ministry grow. Wagner founder Yevgeny Prigozhin is getting ever bolder in his verbal attacks. Putin recently replaced the commander leading the forces in Ukraine. This is only three months after he got the job. Yevgeny Prigozhin is even almost verbally attacking Putin.
