Lighten up Will

I've chosen the title from a comment made from a mate on yesterday's Blip. Yes I had a wee rant .... and I am still of the same mood today (maybe it's the bad weather). There is a serious and a funny side to my nature. I take everything I do "seriously" in that sense ... I try to do the best that I can in everything that I do. That's my nature. I don't like mediocrity. Never have, never will. That's not the way I was raised. Things don't have to be perfect, but I need to say that I have tried my best.

This is a self portrait (me!)

The weather outside is totally miserable. No way am I stepping outside today. Indoor shot. Wrap up warm (two fleeces on, not one), and get on with the boring work to be done by the pc.

I used to take studio portraits. I also used to take photos on stage (actors). I may return to this in the future. I am lucky in that I like soooooo many aspects of photography. I will try to show this in my journal and not just Blip the same thing every day (boring). I will however concentrate on gardening (some will say this is boring!), as this will be a major project this year.
