Impromptu

Today's dog walk to see Mum ended up as a wander in the Pentlands with И's sister A. She'd messaged me asking if I wanted a walk in the Pentlands - where she's never been - and we met up at Flotterstone. We didn't have clear blue skies, but the thin covering of frost and snow was pretty to see. We returned to Penicuik to find that A was back home, so we all ended up at a café in Penicuik.
