Chinook!

We had a light covering of snow this morning but most of it had gone by early afternoon. There was a lovely blue sky though and I had in mind getting a lone tree on the horizon for a Wide Wednesday minimalist scene. Then we heard the Chinook, probably the same one I failed to capture last Thursday. 

When we got to the gate at the other end of the field we noticed several signs - 'Private Land - No Public Right Of Way'. It doesn't really bother us too much, just somewhere else we are now not allowed to walk. It makes a change from 'Bull In Field' and 'Danger Mines!'. The dog walkers aren't going to be happy though.
