I met my first robotic waitress this morning. The real person took our order and the robot delivered it to our table. This one speaks English and Spanish. 

My daughter got a shot of some wind turbines as we zipped along CA 12 E heading for the interstate. 

We landed in Bakerfield, California by 3 PM. We could look over the pool from our second floor unit. I did admire the reflection of the palm trees.

There was a very convenient pub and restaurant beside our motel. I chose this Raspberry Crush drink with tequila. Looks pretty but tastes like cough medicine.
