Roasties

Feeling a teeny tiny bit better today.  Still spent most of the day on the sofa, but I did summon up the energy to cook a full roast dinner this evening (with a bit of help from Tim).  Realised later on that I hadn't taken a photo all day, so here are some cold, leftover roast potatoes.  (I love cold roasties, but saving these to reheat for dinner tomorrow, along with the other leftovers.)
